PARKING: All rooms except Ginny’s Cottages 1 & 2 will park in the main parking area next to the Inn. There is enough space for one car per reservation. Please park perpendicular to the road to ensure all Inn guest cars will fit. For Ginny’s 1 & 2, please park in the lower parking lot south of the building marked for Ginny’s 1 & 2 parking.

Arrival time starts at 3 PM,  check-out is by 10:30 AM. We cannot accommodate early check ins or late departures. Someone will be waiting inside the front door of the Inn to help you find your room between 3-5pm. If you will be arriving after 5pm, please let us know so we may provide you with a key code.

Smoking: We are a non-smoking facility ($300 charge if you smoke in the house/room to professionally clean)

Alcohol: Per our liquor license rules, if you bring your own alcoholic beverages, they can only be consumed in your room/cottage. If you’d like to have a drink elsewhere within the building,  or on the grounds, you must purchase it from our bar.  Thank you in advance for complying with this rule.

Pets: The cottages are dog friendly. We are unable to allow pets in the Main House.

We cannot allow early check ins as we utilize every minute between 10:30 AM check out and 3 PM check in to clean guest rooms, common rooms, and do maintenance and other tasks that can only be done during this time. We plan for your room to be ready at your specified arrival time, so please help us manage this accordingly. Alcoholic Beverage Policy - We have a bar onsite, guests may purchase drinks during bar hours. Due to our liquor license rules, if you bring your own alcohol onsite, it may only be consumed in your room. If you purchase alcohol from us, you may consume it throughout the inn or outdoors. Thank you in advance for helping us keep our liquor license safe.

Each cottage has a kitchenette which has pots/pans/cooking utensils, dinnerware and utensils, glassware, small refrigerator, small stove top and oven, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker, tea pot, selection of coffee, tea, creamer and sugar, salt and pepper. Please wash your dishes prior to departure.

In the event I should become ill with COVID 19 symptoms I will notify the innkeeper immediately of my situation. If for some unforeseeable reason I cannot return home and must stay at the inn, I will reimburse the facility for all costs, and each room night at the typical rate for the time of year. I further allow the innkeeper to notify other guests at the property, at the time of my visit, that a person who shall remain anonymous, became ill.
