Cottages
Our cozy cottages are perfect for families, small-to-mid-sized pups, or anyone craving extra space and privacy. Each cottage comes with a private entrance, a handy kitchenette, a private bath, and a comfy living area featuring a sleeper sofa—everything you need to unwind and feel right at home.
All cottages feature:
- High speed wifi
- Heat, A/C, and a fan
Kitchenette includes:
- Small fridge
- Microwave and toaster
- Coffee/tea supplies.
- Fully stocked with plates, utensils, glassware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
Each cottage sleeps 4 maximum. There is an extra guest charge per person per night for additional guests beyond two people.

This bright, two-story, one-bedroom hideaway features French doors opening to a private deck overlooking Mill Pond. Upstairs, the loft has a queen bed, TV, a bathroom with a shower, sloped ceilings, and skylights. Downstairs, the living area includes a full-size sleeper sofa (fits two small children or one adult) and a kitchenette for simple meals.
Note: The steep loft staircase may not suit those with mobility challenges.
Ginny’s One

A bright one-bedroom cottage with a queen bed and TV, a living area with a full-size sleeper sofa (fits two small children or one adult), and a kitchen for simple meals. A shared deck with Ginny’s Cottage Two overlooks the harbor and offers views of our grounds and Mill Pond.
Note: The gravel path has large granite steps, making it unsuitable for those with mobility challenges.

Note: The gravel path has large granite steps and may not suit those with mobility challenges. Ginny’s Cottage Two is closest to the road

A cozy roadside room overlooking Northwest Harbor, ideal for one or budget-conscious couples. It includes a small bathroom with a shower and a delicious breakfast. Expect some noise from the kitchen below starting around 7:00 a.m.; the room has been discounted accordingly.

This spacious and bright roadside corner room offers views of Northwest Harbor and features beautiful wood floors, exposed brick, and vertical beams. It includes a cozy sitting area and an in-room sink made from local granite. A tri-fold privacy screen separates the shower and toilet room area. A delicious breakfast is included.

This cozy and quaint medium-sized corner room tucked under the eaves has a sloping ceiling and a window seat with views overlooking the garden, yard, and Mill Pond. It has a bathroom featuring Deer Isle granite and a tub/shower combination. A delicious breakfast is included.
Room 12

The smallest but coziest room in the house it is best suited for a single traveler. The bed is tucked underneath a sloped ceiling with a skylight and windows with views of Mill Pond. Guests refer to this room as the “Tree House Room” because of the views. A partially enclosed sink, shower and toilet area is located at the end of the room. There is not a door to the toilet area, but it is tucked behind a privacy wall. A delicious breakfast is included.

This medium-sized roadside room has views of Northwest Harbor. It features rustic exposed vertical beams and a bed under a partially sloped ceiling. An in-room vanity sink is topped with local granite and the bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. A delicious breakfast is included.
