Inn Manager
Role Summary
The Inn Manager is a critical role on our team. This close partner to the Innkeepers will oversee the full guest journey—from reservations and check-in to housekeeping quality, amenities, and programming—while managing staff, shaping revenue goals, selling events, and coordinating facilities needs. Success in this role requires a balance of hospitality operational expertise, financial accountability, and a high level of attention to detail.
Front of House Manager
Role Summary
The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing the front of house operations of our on-site Dining Room, Tavern, and bar while also overseeing service for all events and private gatherings. This role combines a passion for exceptional service, creative problem solving, and strong organizational skills to ensure memorable dining and event experiences for our guests. The Front of House Manager works closely with the Innkeepers, House Manager, Head Chef and other team members to maintain a high quality bar and uphold Pilgrim’s Inn’s reputation for warm, personalized service.
Head Chef
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the culinary program at Pilgrim’s Inn for the 2026 season and beyond. The ideal candidate will share our dedication to community, sustainability, and creativity, crafting humble and delicious cuisine that celebrates the region’s bounty.
You’ll have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with local farms and producers, support our sustainability efforts, and enrich the island community while delivering exceptional dining experiences that draw guests from near and far. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culinary identity of a longstanding establishment as we continue to write next chapter of this beloved property.
